Terms & Conditions
1. Rates include services of the chauffeur, insurance, maintenance, fuel costs, parking fee, ERP and unlimited mileage.2. Any delay shall not exceed half hour from the requested pick-up time for transfer.
3. A minimum notice time of 1hour is required for any cancellation or an administration fee will be imposed upon.
a) For transfer: 50% of the transfer charges;b) For disposal: minimum 3 hours for disposal or 50% of the initial order if it is on a project basis.
4. For No Show – One transfer trip will be chargeable
5. An additional surcharge of S$10.00 (for cars) and S$20.00 (for Vans & Coaches) will be applicable for each transfer and each hour of disposal between 2300 hrs to 0659 hrs.
6. There will also be a surcharge of S$10.00 per additional stop for transfer.
7. A minimum of 3 hours charges will be applied on arrival at Harbour Front / Cruise Center, Seletar Airport and VIP Complex.
8. Chauffeur Service to West Malaysia is available upon request.
9. Disposal for Malaysia as follow: - Malacca (Min 8 hrs) Kuala Lumpur (Min 14 Hrs) including toll fee(s).
10. Tipping for Driver, though not compulsory but customary, guideline S$5.00 per transfer
